Dan Irish

Dan Irish is a Realtor with ERA Real Estate Links and serves buying and selling clients in all price points in central Indiana.  He holds an SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure) Designation which enables him to help clients buy and sell distressed and foreclosed properties.  Additionally, Dan and his wife Mindy have been small business owners since 2004 of their local real estate company.  Some of their company’s services include new custom home construction, and renovating and rehabbing existing homes in the area.  Having a diversity of experience in the real estate industry gives Dan not only an eye for helping clients secure a home worthy of the investment, but firsthand knowledge of finding a home of sound structure and quality as well.   As an added bonus, all of Dan’s real estate clients receive access to his list of tried and true subcontractors for assistance in projects around the home.

Dan is passionate about real estate and housing in general.  He enjoys helping others find their dream home and believes in offering old fashioned customer service to his clients.  He is a long-time Indiana man and knows the area and school systems very well.  He grew up in a military family, graduated from Carmel High School, and earned a B.S. in History and Business from Indiana University.  He played football at those schools and, after initially attending the United States Military Academy at West Point, walked on the team at IU under coach Bill Malory.  He earned a football scholarship for his years there and has since transferred his drive and talent from the football field on to his passion and career in real estate.  He has resided in Carmel and Noblesville and currently lives in Fishers with his wife of 11 years and their four young children.  Dan serves as treasurer on the board of his neighborhood HOA, is a member of the Covenant Community at Grace Community Church in Noblesville, and enjoys volunteering with his sons’ sports and school programs.
