Ian Heuer is an Indiana native. He received his education from Columbia City High School (Columbia City, IN), Colorado Christian University (Lakewood, CO), and Indiana/Purdue Fort Wayne (Fort Wayne, IN). Ian’s desire to work with people in a service profession is fulfilled in his career in real estate.

During the past five years, Ian has specialized in new home construction. Training from the Karrass Negotiations School provided the foundation for his expertise in negotiations and an understanding of housing values.

“It is a challenge and a privilege to help people sell or find a home,” said Ian. “I want to make sure that I am well-informed in the industry, so that my clients will be well-informed. The supply and demand of real estate properties are affected by many factors. I make it my priority to know those factors.”

Ian and his brother, Eric are the founders of the Heuer Group. Both felt that joining ERA Real Estate Links provided their team a wealth of technology resources, endless customer resources, and a network of outstanding agents. “The company is known for not only providing accurate, factual information but also objective advice,” said Ian.

Ian lives with his wife, Leah, and their two children, two-year-old Elijah, and six-month-old Selah. He enjoys time with his family and the involvement that they have with their church. Family, church, and community are the focus of Ian’s life.

 “It is our job to provide the buyer protection and representation in the increasingly complex real estate transactions…a job I take seriously” said Ian.
