Nikki Benner

An Indiana native, Nikki Benner is an experienced licensed realtor with an extensive background in assisting buyers and sellers with the sale and purchase of homes. She attended Purdue University and work experience in retail sales management, Nikki learned to supervise the work of employees in stores designed to sell products to individual consumers, devised incentive programs, and prepared budgets. These extensive marketing experiences created a perfect skill set for Nikki in the listing, marketing, and sale of homes.

During her fourteen years in the real estate business, Nikki has achieved multi-million dollars in production every year. She has worked as a sales agent as well as founder broker of ERA® Property Connections, INC. and founding broker of House Hunter of Lafayette. Her duties as the president, owner-broker of a franchise left her little time for clients. She sold her successful agency in order to return to her professional passion…one-on-one interaction with people.

 Nikki’s ability to understand and to meet her clients’ needs is demonstrated in her listed home to sold home average percentage price at 98% and her list price to sales price average at 96%. She is certified in staging a client’s home by Accredited Home Staging.

With several real estate certifications, awards, and honors in the real estate field, Nikki has expanded her professional outreach to include Florida, Louisiana, and soon-to-be Kentucky. She is a member of NAR, IAR, FAR, Lafayette Regional Association, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.

Aside from her real estate interests, working with children in 4-H, showing horses for the past 30 years, currently raising and training American Saddlebreds, and loving her 2 Australian shepherds and a border collie, Nikki further fulfills her involvement with her community and her love of animals.
