Thank you for visiting my profile page. I have been a full time Real Estate agent in the Indianapolis market for 17 years and enjoy every facet of this challenging and rewarding business. I am first and foremost the father of 3 terrific girls Emma 13, Becca 11, and Erin 8. My wife of 18 years Cindi is a terrific mom and wife and has a keen eye and love for real estate as well! We live in Zionsville, a terrific northwest suburb of Indianapolis with a great small town feel with plenty of history and character which is often hard to find in Indianapolis. My first 10 years in real estate were in new construction for a local builder, and then left to help start Real Estate Links, Inc. Now as the Vice President of ERA Real Estate Links, my focus is, as always helping my clients make what is often the largest investment they will ever make, into a wise and investment focussed buying or selling decision. I take the most pride in that part of my business, my hundreds of clients have always done well above average in the re-sale market! Whether it was helping my building clients to stay away from the inferior lots and overspending on options, or helping my existing home sellers prepare their home for maximum potential, I always treat there investment as just that, an investment! In conclusion my specialty markets include, unique north suburban properties, historic Meridian Kessler and north Washington Twp., Zionsville, Carmel and Fishers.
